2008 Sponsorship & Hosting Opportunities
The Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce, with sponsorship from its membership, plans and executes various networking opportunities, membership luncheons, educational conferences/seminars, golf classic, annual gala, and communications pieces. As you look over the list below, consider the opportunities for your company that could result by involvement and commitment at the sponsorship level.
Business After Hours & Real Estate Networkers
Business After Hours & the Real Estate Networkers are Chamber programs designed to allow our members to meet each other, laying the groundwork for future collaborations. These events are typically hosted at local member's place of business. Hosts provide the site, food, and beverages. Alcohol is served. Publicity for the Business After Hours event is done via email and website. For the Real Estate Networker, we also send invitation reminders with the sponsors' noted. Sponsorships: $500
Hosts and Sponsors receive recognition on all event publicity. Both may distribute their company materials at the event.
Food for Thought Luncheons
The chamber hosts luncheon meetings periodically with recognized community, business and political leaders. These events are publicized via invitations, website, emails, and press releases. Attendees pay $25 - members $35 - non-members
Sponsorships: Gold - $1,500 • Silver - $1000 • Bronze - $500

Chili, Cops and Kids
The Chamber hosts a public safety fair that brings the Oak Cliff children and their families in contact with the police and fire departments along with other "good choice" opportunities. Additionally, entertainment included over 10 local and international performing artists. The 2007 event had over 4,000 attendees and was publicized via flyers, emails, website and press releases.

Breakfast Briefings
The chamber hosts breakfast meetings periodically with recognized community, business and political leaders. These events are publicized via website, emails, and press releases. This event is free to all attendees.

Business Seminar Series
The chamber hosts one-half day seminars featuring panelists and speakers on current industry issues. The 2008 series will focus on: Construction, Real Estate, Medical/Health Care, Small Businesses. These events are targeted at a broad base of businesses in that particular industry from across the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Sponsorships: Host - $3,000 • Gold - $2,000 • Silver - $1,500 • Bronze - $1,000

Annual Golf Tournament
Sponsorships are available at many levels including hole sponsors at $1,250, bronze sponsors at $2,500, silver sponsors at $5,000, gold sponsors at $7,500, and platinum sponsors at $10,000. Contact Sheri Mathis at 214-943-4567 for details.
Annual Gala
The annual Gala is our largest annual fundraiser with attendance of over 400 representing businesses and the community throughout Oak Cliff.
Sponsorships are available at several levels; Presenting Sponsor $7,500, Entertainment Sponsor $5,000, Gold $2,500, Silver $1,500, Bronze $1,000, and Founder $250. Contact Sheri Mathis at 214-943-4567 for details.
Other Sponsorship Opportunities
New events for 2008 will include a community townhall series that feature the hot topics for the residents of the area. Additionally, we will be hosting a Quality of Life Conference for the area's neighborhood leaders. Details for these events will be available soon.
