Sponsorship & Hosting Opportunities

The Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce, with sponsorship from its membership, plans and executes various networking opportunities, membership luncheons, educational conferences/seminars, golf classic, annual gala, and communications pieces. As you look over the list below, consider the opportunities for your company that could result by involvement and commitment at the sponsorship level.

Young Professionals Mixers

The Chamber's Young Professionals Group meets monthly at different member's locations for networkers, mixers, and professional development meetings.  Alcohol and appetizers are served and the cost for attendees is minimal to none.  Contact Kiyundra Armstrong at 214-943-4567 for details.  Sponsorships: $500

Food for Thought Luncheons

The chamber hosts luncheon meetings periodically with recognized community, business and political leaders. These events are publicized via invitations, website, emails, and press releases. Attendees pay $25 for members, $35 for non-members.

Sponsorships: Gold - $1,500 • Silver - $1000 • Bronze - $500 (You may also sponsor at the $100 and $250 levels - 2 seats for $100, 4 seats for $250) plus recognition on communications.

• V.I.P. table at the event (Silver & Gold receive two tables)

Members-Only Mixers

These exclusive members-only events occur quarterly and are designed to give Chamber members an "Inside Look" at some of the things happening in Oak Cliff.  Past events have included a sneak peek at the La Reunion Towncenter project and insider updates on current economic development initiatives for the area.

Sponsorships: Gold - $1,500 • Silver - $1000 • Bronze - $500

Business Seminar Series

The chamber hosts one-half day seminars featuring panelists and speakers on current industry issues. The 2008 series will focus on: Construction, Real Estate, Medical/Health Care, Small Businesses. These events are targeted at a broad base of businesses in that particular industry from across the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Sponsorships: Host - $3,000 • Gold - $2,000 • Silver - $1,500 • Bronze - $1,000

• Position on Planning Committee (Host & Gold only)
• Placement of Speaker on Program (Host & Gold only)
• Recognition on all event publicity, invitation, signage and program
• Display of corporate logo & distribution of company materials at the event
• Panel moderator (Gold & Silver)

• Tickets for 5 attendees (Host & Gold get 10)

Annual Golf Tournament

Sponsorships are available at many levels including hole sponsors at $1,250, bronze sponsors at $2,500, silver sponsors at $5,000, gold sponsors at $7,500, and platinum sponsors at $10,000. Annual Gala

The annual Gala is our largest annual fundraiser with attendance of over 400 representing businesses and the community throughout Oak Cliff.
